ダンさんは非常に才能のある方だと思いました。環境の変化に対する順応力もすばらしく、なによりも考え方がポジティブなのでいろいろの問題が生じても克服できるのだと思いました。いつものサチさんのテーマであるアイデンティティーについてもダンさんはより広い視野で考えられているように感じられました。サチさんが3年前ぐらいにコンフォートゾーンを抜け出して自分探しの旅にでていましたがそれと共通する部分がダンさんの生き方にも感じられました。素晴らしいインタビューでもっといろいろな方と話していただけるとありがたいです。石川県は地震がひどかったですがサチさんのご家族は大丈夫だったんでしょうか。前から気になっていました。それでは今後もご活躍期待しております。

偶然このチャンネルにたどり着きました。 輪島だそうですね。 5月に奥能登に行きました。 特に輪島が酷くて、現状を目に焼き付けて胸が痛かったです。 遠い昔の様に感じる人も多いと思いますが、現状では能登の復興はまだまだこれから…微力ながらこれからも応援させていただこうと思います。

ダンさんは以前対談したジョシュアの未来の姿?絶賛放浪中だし。 さっちゃんねるを見てThird Culture Kidsは帰属意識が生まれにくく、自意識がぐらつきがちな人が多いというのはわかってきたけど、一方であまり揺らがない様に見える人もいます。 例えばジョイジョイに出てくる人達はジョアナさんを除いて日本を出国してずっと母国に住んでいるので人種と出身国に答えを出した印象をうけます。 後、youtubeで多くなってきた日本で育ったロシア人達は深刻なTCKの悩みをあまり口にしていない印象も受けます。 この人達にも対談の機会があればお願いします。 あーでもHellow ⅬillyさんもTCKだけど現在すごい生活を独力で確立したスーパーウーマンなので今一番対談してほしいかもです。 日本を出て母国アメリカで暮らしてから、日本の田舎に行って罠漁師で鹿をしとめつつ、英語教師をして自給自足でまきを割り、畑を耕して猫匹を養い。趣味の絵をかいたり、陶芸をしたりと無茶苦茶かっこいい女性です。 それぞれTCKとして共通な悩みは持ってるはずだけど、成人した後の行動に差があるのが気になります。

ルーマニアから不法移民としてスペインに移住し母国のアイデンティティを消すという話から始まり、イギリスでの学業、ノマド生活を通して自己を確立していく過程は興味が尽きません。旅に出て多くの人と対話することが自分を成長させますね。

Jasmine’s English has improved a lot. She now even speaks with a British twang. Maybe she could relocate to her ancestral homeland one day and reclaim more Englishness. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧
