The platformer + sandbox + artstyle + voice acting altogether is a whole package that makes the games stand out as a franchise. If it was just the platforming without the childlike wonder embodied in the design, I'm not sure it would hit the same mark.

So looking at the new villain "vex", it brings upon a thought. To me, each of the previous main villains represented some kind of negative aspect. For example: -The collector represents jealousy, and the need to to be accepted. -Negativitron represents negative emotions (to quote: "I am in all of you, I am..... I am all of you. Vanity, insecurity, short tempers and self-absorption...."). -The hoard represents greed and the destructive effects greed has. -The titans represent the dark side of imagination, the destructive thoughts and actions everyone thinks about once in a while. So my question is this: what does vex represent? What's the terrible trait he will flaunt?

little easter eggs in this trailer: a pod is visible in the sackvillage on the right for a few seconds at 0:19 sackboy a big adventure does have a theme song, it plays after the narrator says "that's more like it" at the end the original scoreboards are visible for a few seconds at 1:33 some of the costumes actually look like lbp2 costumes which could mean importing data the grabbing function is back, it's quite minor but it's there the popit is back, the grappling hook has different colours so the popit is clearly returning if you spot anything else lemme know

Stephen Fry was always a joy, he was a big voice for my childhood as he also narrated the Harry Potter audio books as well as being in the LBP series but I think this guy's voice fits pretty great. The gameplay has changed to become more frantic whereas LBP was a little more chilled out in comparison.

This game is definitely gonna be a fun time. Very easy to get into and i do believe it will provide a lot of great replay value especially over the holidays. I also like that it is available for the PS4 too. Sony forgot to put that in the trailer lol 😄

I love this game for my kids to play! Its child friendly and has many fun levels to play in. A child below the age of 3 can play this game without getting scared or unhappy! I would rate this game a 10.
