Yeah, it's in the fire zone. Basically all of Northern California is. The only reason Paradise burned was because no one took care of their lots and everyone had their houses surrounded by trees. It's not that hard to make sure your house doesn't burn. And Davis is terrible because it's so close to Sac. Chico isn't full of big-city dickheads.
