Guided sacral chakra meditation to heal and balance the chakras. The sacral chakra, or Svadhishthana, is associated with your emotions, sexuality and creativity and the chakra needs to be healed and spinning in order to create balance and harmony in your chakra system. A closed Sacral chakra can make you less connected with your emotions or sexuality or it can make you too emotional. So do this sacral chakra healing meditation... a spiritual healing meditation for your spiritual energy fields in your body.
This is day 9 of the 30 day meditation challenge for beginners, and today's meditation exercise will help you heal and open your sacral chakra so that you can feel like a whole person and be comfortable and confident with who you are and your own personality. This is a soft and peaceful healing meditation with ambient relaxation music.

I find with the Chakra meditation it harder to imagine. Yesterday's meditation I had no problem imagining I was on the beach but these are a little harder. I also don't notice much of a different feeling but then again I'm quite comfortable with myself to begin with so that may be why I don't notice it.. Either way I'm loving your videos Jbittersweet. I now make sure I put time aside each day to dedicate to meditation and definitely feel more positive. I've recently cut weed out of my life and I find that meditating really helps whenever I get a craving.

Stephen Connell,yeah the chakra are difficult. I haven't been able to turn them into a vortex or anything. I can barely figure out it's shape and the the pollution on it.

I've always wanted to start meditation and these videos were exactly was I was looking for. Today I felt like I was relieved and steady. I can't wait to continue the rest of the 30day challenge. I would like to learn more about meditation and things regarding it. I feel like just doing this isn't fully committing ..but just an exercise for a month. This is my 9th day in the meditation challenge and can tell the difference to my tolerance to things. I do fall at times, but I get back up. I look forward continuing the 30 day challenge and changes as I move forward. 🎉

Over the past year I have had a lot of digestion issues which I believe is stress that has manifested creating overactivity in this chakra. During this meditation I found it hard to visualise (but I'm new at this so I'm not pressuring myself) but I did feel deeply emotional and even shed a tear, a wonderful meditation that I'll redo as I try and balance out this chakra. Also the short length is easy to add into ones day when you're a beginner like me. Well done.

Love this I find it easier each day and just want to mediate longer. I am learning so much and using this positive energy each day to improve my mindset in all that surrounds me. It has improved my outlook to things. I want more down and to join a mediation class.

When I was meditating I saw orange spherical at first it was and was willing but not all of it was kind of like grades up but after the meditation was completely glowing where to find orange light thank you

could you perhaps make a video on if age can matter or something and possibly give tips for Pshycokeneses abilitys to try and stuff like that, your pretty amazing at explaining in ways i can understand (and that's saying something) i'm in middle school and would love to get some info from you then dive into this new world. and there is one more thing i would like to ask, is it bad to want to learn this stuff to feel like you are someone with potential and not feel like crap all the time and comparing herself to her friends? is that just asking for power?( if it is i really hate the thought of that). but that's not my only reason to learn. I hope i did not sound dumb or got off track there. XD, hope to hear from you soon.

I could not find or feel this chackra for even a second, as I’m struggling with some body issues in this area. Because of this constant distraction, this was the first in the series I couldn’t do. Started and failed twice. I’m crushed, ashamed and feeling weak. I couldn’t find healing in this at all. All my own fault, but I don’t know how to overcome it.

I know right? I thought she sounded creepy too, the first video I watched from her was the side effects of opening your third eye, then I subscribed and now I find her voice really comforting, like an angel. I like her voice.

Is it bad that I can imagine the chakra there but I can't imagine the pollution leaving my chakra. As much as light I inhale I also inhale as much pollution.

For some reason I am having a hard time focusing and visualizing, though I completed the root chakra and third eye meditation and did fine. Does it have to do with the chakra itself or something physical? If its something that was previously mentioned in a video, please comment it. For now I'll just do the meditation again or look at (and practice) other (jbittersweet) sacral chakra videos. Thanks!!! ❤

Okay, I could hear the ringing in my ear since the begining of the challenge. But from past a few days I can hear it whenever I want to. I can hear it even in a loud setting if I just focus, plus, that dosnt even take much effort. All I have to do is remember I had the ringing before and now I can hear it almost every time. Its not annoying but its kinda like music , its peaceful. The sound is getting louder but the pitch remains the same. Ive watched a few videos describing this effect. Plus , during meditation, I realised that I started breathing little. I can hardly feel the air that goes through my nose. Is this bad or not ? If it is, is there anything I can do abt it ? I love ur videos JBS , Im enjoying the challenge so much !! Thankyou and much love and light !!!(^-^) XD

YuiHritsua That is great that you have learned to control the sound. Yes, many people who experience hearing this high pitch sounds, says it is quite peaceful and helps them focus when they meditate. But remember that you can always stop meditating, if the sound bothers you. What you describe about your breath getting smaller, is completely normal, and actually what you want to achieve. It is actually something people experience after having meditated for a long time, which means you are on a highly advanced level. The breathless state is truly calm and peaceful and you will be completely present and thoughtless. This is something that happens naturally, and one can not purposely reach this state, as it is a sign that your body and mind is completely calm. Make sure it is not making you dizzy thought, but if it doesn't, then it's nothing to worry about, but it is something to enjoy:-) Love and Light and I am so happy to hear you are enjoying the challenge so far:-)

I imagined an orange dusty diamond getting shinier and shinier in evry breath intake. However it was just my imagination i didnt see any orange colour.

Does wearing a certain color help with energizing the chakra? I'm wearing an orange tank top. And, I know that the Sacral Chakra is connected to the color orange. Is that any help to me?

i can see the color, maybe i just imagined it, but its the light. I do not see it as a ball that I can rotate, it looks more like light cracking through a black background. Is this normal?

Jae Angel Hi Jae! That is completely fine... remember that you can't do it wrong when it comes to meditation, so if no image appear, simply feel the chakra instead. The colors are mostly there to make the process more comprehensible and easier to visualize... but if that feels unnatural, do it your way, and then maybe after a while you will have an easier time seeing the colors:-) Have a great day Love and Light!

Interesting question!! There are 7 chakras and they are in straight line from base, anal area to top, Fore head area. The colours assigned are so scientific that they fall in VIBGYOR pattern. Violet at top to Red at bottom. Since this is second from base, it is Orange.

Hi William! It is quite difficult to explain the feeling, but yes... it is a sort of weird feeling... like you have a battery charged with powerful energy, which is just radiating from the chakra, spreading out into the body. It is a quite pleasant feeling. People may experience it differently, but this is how it feels for me:-) Hope this answers your question Have a beautiful day Love and Light!

these chakras are bit difficult to visualize but i try my level best to keep up with the video, and the end I don't even feel like i am giving any effort and wanted the video to continue... as u told the beginning days were difficult but now i make sure i don't miss any day and keep a separate time in the morning

well i have found it very strange that how my days have been have been lining up prefectly to what has happened on those days. today i had a really bad day emotional wise and i feel like this helped alot i go to state were nothing matters and it seems to leave me off better. i have been happier the last week since ive been doing this i cant wait for more.

For me it was a bad day like that you cant do anything in a good way. By your challenge some one may don't feel too much but for me there is a big difference between current day and next one. If you practice an skill in a long period of time finally you will find the particular characteristics of that skill that do not appear at first days of practice and for now meditation has it own. Try to complete challenge and be rewarded that you even don't think to it :) Namaste

I usually visualize it as a crystal. When breath in it burn stronger like a charcoal while emitting dark residual and will be exhale afterwards. Then storm will slowly rotate surrounding the orange stone bringing more wind and air. After few session, i notice sometimes you would had reaction on the guy thingy.

dear jbittersweet : firstly, thank you for your wonderful, selfless work! you have an ethereally high vibration. my question/anecdote relates to the occurrence of colors in my mind's eye when I meditate. for some reason, no matter how hard I concentrate on the orange and red colors respective to your two meditations posted thus far, I see them less strongly than other colors, such as green & yellow (what I'm told is my dominant aura), SO much purple, and black. do you have any idea why this is happening and if so how I can trick my mind into visualizing the color you suggest? It is very puzzling, since I am trying to hard to manifest the red & orange, but they seem to naturally get subsumed by the other colors... thank you in advance. warmly, Natti

Plz tell me if kundalini yoga is dangerous or gets you associated with tantrism?? Is it safe to practice it????

Tantrism isnt damgerous? This isnt kundalini yoga in its true form. Noone alive actuay knows how to get kundalini uoga properly done anyway. As far as i know it hasnt been dangerous in its original form it shouldnt be for what it is today either
