It's taken me 56 years and 23 days to get here but I think I am STARTING to understand that meditation is to allow one to slow down and turn their thoughts inwards. Once one is happier on the inside then they can project that outward.

I did not want to do this exercise tonight. I was tired and not in the mood for meditation. But things started to change once I began to hear your voice. I did see a light, a grey light that would change to green than yellow until at the end it was white and encased my entire body. But the real difference was not seeing the light, but feeling the energy coursing through my body. I did feel a healing and in was in my left wrist.

Al principio visualice la luz fácilmente y todo iba bien, después de un rato pensamientos aleatorios iban y venían pero seguía escuchando, pensé q me iba a desconcentrar por completo o domir y hasta ahí pero no, de repente empecé a sentir mucha energía en todo el cuerpo q se expandía y aunque suene raro protegía, era como un escudo de luz q podía sentir bien, la sensación fue muy placentera y aún era consciente de todo á mi alrededor. Después de un rato cai en cuenta de que sentía el pulso en mi corazón, lo sentía bombear muy fuerte aunque mi respiración seguía tranquila, muy raro. Finalmente empecé a sentir una molestia en la cabeza ya que estaba en el piso pero aún sentía la energía al rededor aunque no tanta. Espero repetir el ejercicio otro día con una almohada baja o sobre el pasto mejor. Nunca había hecho meditación hasta este challenge y ha sido genial sobre todo este.

I sit for meditation quite often and it's been some years but still I'm having problem with visualization. When I visualize a shape, position, sound or anything it's never stable. The shape keeps changing and the movements and actions keep getting unstable. And another problem is that I've spent quite a considerable time but still my legs get numb and I can't focus much when I sit for more than 10 minutes. Any suggestion? Thanks!

I just don’t get how u can go from a 6 minute meditation to a 20 minute one for beginners... it obviously something u work your way up towards because apparently no one can stay on track. I can’t even do this video and it’s my second time trying
