It's the recipe, but it isn't in the battlepass knowledge Tab if you learned it, which means you have to get it on every server you want to use it on, which is kinda bad in my opinion...

I believe so - do not know exactly which since I cannot purchase or even get fangs in single player, they simply do not exist in game for me.
