Beautiful video, thank you for being open to these types of discussions. I myself, have never had an orgasm and yet I have been in several serious relationships and even married. I always felt that it was more of an obligation, something I had to do and not something I wanted to do. I have a hard time trusting people, especially men and for some reason while being intimate my mind always wandered off and I was never present in the moment. Now it has actually been almost 9 years that I have not been intimate with anyone and actually am fine with it. Of course with the way you described everything, it sounds like I sure have been missing out on these beautiful experiences. Someday maybe, I will get to experience the love, respect, trust and letting go enough to enjoy and feel amazing. Love and respect. Yes, love and respect. I am very inspired by this video and also humbled. Way back, I used to think I was so 'great' sexually. A real performer! Orgasmic! How boastful, how egoic! As time went on and I woke up to the truth. I realized that the sex I was having was far from love-making. It was not intimacy at all. It was actually taking me farther away from loving myself. It was hurting me more, and others. It was an addiction. I was using sex as a means to numb my pain. A big part of my journey has been forgiveness around this. And these days, I can honestly say, when men or women speak of another debasingly sexually, what I feel in my body is so painful and full of sorrow. But, I let myself feel it. I give myself permission to feel this deeply as I am aware this is healing something in the collective. Does that sound sacrificial? I am not trying to be special. I just know no other way to be with it. I, as you suggest, do need to turn to lightness around the subject, and playfulness. I am glad so many have expressed interest and concern about this subject. just a little note... celibacy is a vow to not engage in sex for the rest of your life. abstinence is the what people mean, abstaining for a period of time, but without the intention of making this a life long commitment.

This video explained a lot. Thankyou. One thing though... I’ve always had this ‘thing’, where my sacral centre goes wild when I’m ‘stirring’. Sputum!!! 😂 I’m just wondering where my experience falls in here. I can have an orgasm while exercising my abdominal muscles. Not even thinking about sex. My concept of this is that those are the same muscles that are used when self-pleasuring. The thing is for women anyway, that if you self pleasure on your back then that’s the position you need to be in when you’re with a partner. If you self pleasure squatting then you need to be on top when you’re with partner. It’s simple. This is just addressing the physical aspect and not addressing the spiritual or romantic part.
