My MRI Report says. Mild altered signal intensity and Articular margin irregularity in bilatetal sacroiliac joints. Suggestive of mild sacroiliiatis. My left hip pains like hell after i drive my car or sit for 30-40 mins. I can feel discomfort in my left groin area too. Blood report says. Very low vitamin D and vitamin B12. Please HELP Im a active gym goer and doctor has advised me to take 3 weeks rest and no sports activity. Im really concerned as sometimes my right and left buttocks pain too..
