This was so good, I loved it. I would love it if you could create a video about Seasonal Affective Disorder. Because I have this and when I didn't know I had it, I thought it was my fault for the depression I was going through. I didn't know I had this until I spoke to my doctor. It's been two years since I was diagnosed and found a good way of getting through the winter. I sit in front of a light box for about 2 hours a day (usually while doing homework) and I make sure i take daily vitamins (vitamin D especially) and eat right. This has been the first winter that I actually feel good and motivated and positive! It would mean a lot to me if you could make a video about it and improve someone's life drastically. Thank you so much.

Before I discovered the channel i felt insanely bad. I lost interest in talking to my friends and even wanted to die at some point. It couldn’t have been that bad because after making a change that changed barely anything (I saw my friend face-to-face slightly less) i felt way better. I’m a more positive person and my friend thinks so too. Now I realize that I got lucky that it wasn’t serious and i wish i had known about this earlier. If a had I could have talked about it and avoided feeling horrible for a while

But, what if I have NO ONE to talk to? None of my relatives are taking it seriously, oh my country most counselors are not the people to talk to, including mine. I feel like I can't do this anymore. So much time has passed since I've been feeling bad. I lost all self esteem and I think that i won't do anything in life. Each time I try to talk to my stepmom she says "people who feel like this should stop being lazy" and I'm not being lazy. I feel like I'm at the edge of everything and my stepmom makes me feel even worse
@amazeorg3 жыл бұрын
I am so sorry to hear this, and that you are having this experience! It can be very difficult to get support when we feel alone and people seem to not care about what we're going through. Are there any adults besides relatives and counselors who you can trust to reach out to? Even someone as simple as a teacher or nurse could potentially provide you support you didn't realize was out there! Stay encouraged; you CAN find the help you need!
