Why stressing yourself. Don't be stinkingly offensive. Love every part of your body as it were. I have worked as plastic surgery nurse in Beverly Hills for 25+ yrs. So many people get plastic surgery and look natural n improved and great. And then some do too many procedures and change their appearance. It's multi billion dollar industry and every race,all genders and all classes of people are having multiple surgeries. Many people of color do nose jobs,( rhinoplasty), breast implants,liposuction, BBL's, Botox, fillers etc,etc. Sadly, many ethics are not involved in this industry. There is intense pressure because of social media. Your opinion doesn't matter. It's what they desire and they pay for it. It can become a never ending cycle for 'perfection '

My coworker did his nose but the doctor did a very bad job and now he lost the middle cartilage that attaches the nose to the upper lip 🥲. Now he has to go under surgery again to fix that. They have to cut a piece of his ear to fix the nose

it might be fillers which can drastically change and contour your face - the advantage of fillers is that it dissolves naturally so you will need top-ups (face). alot less invasive than surgery.

She kinda exaggerated with the fillers but honestly surgery can do wonders. It’s very easy to talk about never looking towards surgery when you don’t have parts in your body or on your face that particularly reduce your confidence. Not everyone has a face that they completely feel good about, unfortunately. Noses, for example, can make or break the harmony in the face: you can have a big nose that looks good for your face cause it fits, or a big nose that sticks out like a sore thumb and is always there looking at you every morning and causing insecurities. It’s very possible to do surgery and come out fine and look like you’ve never got anything done. It’s a matter of doing your research and asking yourself what exactly is making you do it: if it’s to please yourself because you’re constantly obsessing over it and you know you’d still be unhappy with it years down the line, then sure; but if it’s because it’s the new trend, and you’re trying to please people, then no.

It's too late for her now. I’m a Qualified Aesthetician - she hasn’t done any major surgery on her face apart from the nose and teeth. She’s most certainly gotten a lot of filler - particularly her cheeks which has made her face look feline and very unnatural. Her lips are done too. I can tell she’s done her chin and jawline but very subtly. But overall she’s overfilled. Fillers can look natural guys. You just have to use the right amount and only inject areas that need it. I’m also suspecting thread lift around the eyes & temples too.
