That's not Che. That's Anthony, with a Che beret on his head. Ernesto Guevara has nothing to do with it. He was a freedom fighter. So they used this image of Che to produce a Faux-Che sign. As to say Fauci is a fake freedom fighter, or something alike. Che was also a medical doctor. Makes more sense: It was meant to depict Fauci as a fake medical doctor. Fake Che! ¡Hasta nuestra victoria siempre!

Nice, that poignant pause after "you're gonna burn in hell." Years ago, in my junior high school days, I found genetics quite interesting, and considered going into Genetic Engineering. Later, I wrote my junior theme on Eugenics. Thank the good Lord, it didn't turn out that way. I might've been in a place where I would also end up like Fauci.
