Its hilarious how Slot has managed to create more of a tactical identity in 3 months, which included Euros and Copa America times, than Ten Hag has in his 3rd season. If you watched the game with no context you'd think Slot has been there for 3 years and Ten Hag just started this summer.
@stefanjrgensen68423 ай бұрын
well to be fair, Slot inherited a team that was already playing a similar style of football to what he wants to play where as Ten Hag inherited a mish-mash team from different managers, so he would basically need close to a full replacement of the team to play close to what he want, and we all know he'll get fired b4 that eventho its prolly best, if he doesnt so that we can get to see a proper Ten Hag similar to the Ajax team, and not a Van Gaal-mourinho-solkjær team and then there's also the fact that you wont undo over a decade of mismangement with just a couple of summer transfer windows, after all it took Arteta around 5 years to build a competative Arsenal side during which the Arsenal fans wanted him fired multiple times
@fuzzyhair3213 ай бұрын

Ten Hag has already got so many players and financial backing from the club. You need to start showing something at this point. He now has 5 players from his Ajax team at the club. Not to mention the biggest flop signing is basically Ten Hag's fault. Antony was his man! Why didnt United dump Casemiro to Saudi Arabia when they had the chance?! Zirkzee isnt a striker... Was waiting for this , i dont want to jump on the eth out take but wtf is eth even doing . Our mentality is just doesnt improves if eth starts rashford and casemiro next game then he is digging his own grave. We made the midfield of gravenberch mac allister and szobozlai look like xavi iniesta busquests

against Brighton we look far more threatening during the counter attack. 3 years of implementing this "tactical" plays have not worked out. signing injury prone players and complaining that all his players is crazy to me. 3 years PL experienced manager losing 3-0 to a 3 games PL experienced manager is also crazy to me. almost 700m spent to about 30m spent, everytime united is losing we know we'd never mount a comeback, everything is so frustrating to watch.

Liverpool didn't need to sign a 6, Casemiro was our best player yesterday.

If Szoboszlai was more decisive and took the shots he could have this could have been like 5-0 which is sad for united. But as a Spurs fan I lowkey feel bad and relate since we are in a similar boat

I love Diaz. He is one of the most consistent player in Liverpool attack. Still, I am still angry at him for missing the sitter against City last season 😖

I hope he bounces back this season and scores against city

I just wanted to mention that even though Salah and Diaz didn't 'need' Jota for the second goal in the traditional sense, he was still crucial in dragging out De Ligt and Mazraoui to set up the goal

Mazraoui was too focus attacking not defending. He was jogging, look at the ball. Did not run or sprint back to Diaz before the 1st header goal.
