Mr Host ur definition for standard is absolutely wrong. You don't look at what prevail in other countries and use them as ur standard. Standards are a well researched outcomes of things, so that whatever you do can be compared to these established outcomes. So that if what you have done falls below the established outcome, you either upgrade or re-do till you get to the range of the established outcome. There are organisations that do these research to establish outcomes for virtually everything that u can think of. Examples of such organisations are: international standard organisation (ISO), Ghana Standard Authority (GSA), etc. There are others that specialise in certain areas. Football pitches will definitely have their standards. So the Contractor who is developing the pitch will use the standard as his guide, so that after completion what has been will be measured against the standard; in terms of subgrade of the pitch, the final finish of the pitch, ie grassing. If these two are found below the range of the standard then work should be rejected and re-done till it falls within the range of the standard. Lights, for example, are measured in Lumens, there are minimum lumen for stadia, depending on their capacities. Engineers know these minimum standards for lights for each stadium, so for a stadium they do their calculations to select bulbs that will give the required lumen for the stadium. So we don't compare with other countries to do similar things but rather we do things by using established standards to guide us.

No competent and objective football minded person can compare addo to kwasi appiah in terms of experience and competence but courtesy pull him down syndrome and favoritism of gfa. It appears ashimeru and paintsil are always sidelined bcos of asamoah gyan and palmer recommendations and affiliations respectively. Our pitch is like reclaimed galamsey site. Jordan is very very effective for 60 to 70 minutes. It appears coach addo and his assistants looked hypnotized the Angolan coach was bringing in fresh legs which resulted in their goal whilst our technical bench looked on helplessly.
