I've just had covid and was on a good block of training. Stopped me in my tracks but glad I didn't keep going. Ate well, slept a lot, kept losing weight and feel ready now to get back into riding again on the trainer. My partner met a guy who's other half collapsed and crashed badly because they didn't know they had covid just last week.

Thanks for watching 🐵 Yes it pays to listen to your body. I tested multiple times and all negative but it more than regular manflu or common cold! Still a wee touch sensitive but so grateful to get back out on the bike. No one should take their health for granted at any time 🐵

I've often found viral infections drop you like a sack of potatoes and you shouldn't ride until full recovered. But some bacterial infections (like upper respiratory infection with a bit of a cough and blocked nose) clear up temporarily with a short ride.

Thanks again for watching 👀 This is Exactly how i felt. Still not 100% so rides have been cut back in intensity. Hoping for next week back to full load training wise. But i just have to listen to the body 🐵
