My wife and I have been thinking about moving to Saddlebrooke, and because of your video and and how well it portrayed that community, we are sure that is where we need to move to. Thanks for video!

If you more variety of terrain and homes that look more different. Try the original Saddlebrooke. Just south and has even more amenities. Great views of mountains. We looked at both while in the area.

Would have line to see inside the homes

It is generally harder for us to film inside of the homes due to the permissions needed so we focus on showing the area and different communities. If you are thinking about moving to the area, we are always more than happy to send a video walkthrough of any property you may be interested in!

LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP. There are a lot of rattle snakes in Arizona.

There sure are! Surprisingly, I am a native tucsonan and have never had any near my house. I know other people that see them regularly.

If you’re thinking about moving to Saddlebrooke Ranch, I want to try it out for a month. What do the units rent for by the month during like January and February?
@jerryditchen8897 Жыл бұрын
Also, is Golf included
@tucsonarizonaliving Жыл бұрын
Thank you for reaching out! During the winter months, the rents are higher. The townhomes are usually in the $2,000-$3,000 range per month, and the single family homes range $3,000-$4,000 per month, some even higher depending on the size and features. We have a client in there currently that bought and rents their home out during the winter months for $3,200. Let us know if we can help in any way or if you have any other questions.

Golf is not included, but here is the link with all the current membership/fee information: www.saddlebrookeranchgolfclub.com/about-us/rates/

tucson is going to be out of water in a few years, that doesn't sound like a great retirement. unless you want to retire in a desert.

I would not live in Saddlebrook if it was free. What a bunch of dumps! All houses look the same and made from stucco and chicken wire on little bitty. lots. Even the street signs are non reflective so if you get stuck in that place it's hard to find your way out. Busy with speed traps in Oro Valley. Horrible!

We appreciate your feedback, it's definitely not for everyone! We have found several clients that love the style and amenities the community has to offer, but there are other places around Tucson that offer more character and different construction types. Casas Adobes, Catalina Foothills and Tanque Verde just to name a few and we have videos on those areas if you aren't familiar with them.

Don't forget to find out about the HOA's!!! They protray everything to be just so perfect then after you buy you find out you got crazy old people running the HOA's. On top of the HOA fee How much does Robson require Homeowner's to spend each month or quarterly at the Restaurants and Golf courses there to keep them going?
