The Queen! Was so fortunate to see her live in London in the 80's when I was on a semester abroad program while in college. I had no idea who she was. I fell in love instantly. She had just released her first album. It had not yet reached the States. I have been a loyal fan ever since.

Yes it was becasue in Nassau Long Island when they sung the phrase (Wont catch me runnin) it was in a different way then they usually sing it.

I saw janet jackson back in the day..i was really disappointed..not with her show. it was in Pittsburgh and that night was cold with freezing rain..i took a couple kids and drove 1/2 hour in treacherous conditions after paying BIG money for 3 tickets. janet comes out performs her songs and walks off the stage after her last song..she NEVER ONCE said one word to the audience. I'm not saying she did that all the time but she did it to me and the thousands of other people attending. i mean a hello, thanks for coming out tonight,be safe driving home would have been nice! then there's Sade. One of her shows at the end she took time to introduce ALL of her band members, stood next to them, hugged them and let her audience know she loved and respected them. janet never introduced her band. hopefully janet has changed that. I was just done with her after that night. Sade besides being a beautiful artist is class personified and BTW she doesn't have to dress like a hooker with bad taste! She can move one inch and make a man lose their mind (me) lol.
