It's like a perfect distillation of MBV, Lush, and (early) Stereolab, with added psychedelic touches. One of the best 'J-shoegaze' songs I've heard that I keep coming back to, together with 'White' and 'Urban Twilight' by Oeil, many tracks from Luminous Orange, and (of course) Coaltar of the Deepers.

I thought it might've been connected because of 'Sadesper' but after hearing Siesta I looked it up and found that Sadesper Record was actually formed by Narasaki from Coaltar of the Deepers
