Lets consider nothing or nothingness. How can we conceptualize it if it is nothing? (Also likewise isnt sentience said to be the divine spark of God?) Since we recognize nothing in our minds as a concept we can understand and name it has existence at least in that sense and therefore is not truly nothing. Therefore likewise if nothing can exist then why isnt it just as likely that something would also exist? What is preventing it from happening? Nothing. And so it seems very paradoxical and comical which is another aspect of magic of existence along with logic and truth. These are qualities of God and this is Gods maya and we are the children. Thats why you cannot measure the electron because it is made of magic which is maya.

Sadhguru's clarity is eye-opening. I do not believe in belief, either you know or you don't know. Our perception does start from within, yet many look outside for such. Have you ever looked at something for the 1st time, so no experience or judgement, just pure wonder and observation. We tend to stop this early on, especially when we have experienced something many times before, but is it the same and do we limit our perception by judgement, recognition, naming it? We miss so much awareness and develop a chatty egoic mind which limits our perception by categorizing, judging, from our previous pleasures, pains and the pleasures want repeating thinking it will bring us happiness, then later we think we are this chatty egoic mind which limits our perception, but we really are the AWARENESS of the chatty egoic mind and temporary physical body. It is not a mystery. We do not have to be afraid to say, I know, when we do know. The body does not animate the individual. It would not last but a few days if no one gave it instructions to eat, drink, take care of itself. It cannot do these things on its own. To prove it to yourself. Do not respond the next time it has to go to the bathroom, or eat, or drink. See if it will get up on its own volition, without interfering. Who is it that is interfering? You, so the question is, who are 'You?' Even if you cannot answer this question, know that it is 'you' that animates the body. You give the body life. The body does no furnish you with life. It is dead piece of meat in a few days, if it wasn't animated by something other than itself. Knowing this much is more important than possessing all the physical knowledge of the entire universe. Get the idea that 'you' give the body life by seeing to its needs, not the other way around. And then come to know who 'you' are. That's about it to enlightenment.
