I have a very good life, we are all healthy and i’m good on my way on crushing goals. I keep a very keen eye on my inner self all the time and try to manage stress as much as possible. I realize very well now that happiness is all found internal and having a great “spiritual awakening” years ago with an additional kundalini awakening which went on for a couple years i have experienced very intense moments inside and outside in my life. All is just there to be experienced and even though i understand sahdguru with the whole inner engineering part. I just can’t seem to be truly joyfull and full of energy. Yes i have those moments of extreme stillness and peace seeing the beauty of the magic that is called life. But at the end of the day it’s just chemicals imo. I just feel a bit lost and bored with life. It all seems so meaningless. It’s like i’m done here and want to go back home.
