For example, when I was young I used to think bad things and I noticed my thoughts were always negative so I had to learn how to control this because it would give me panic attacks. I would literally tell myself to shut up and force myself to think positive things and name 5 beautiful things around me. I went from thinking negatively 70% of the time to now about 2%. Neuroplasticity is real and amazing. You can literally train your brain to think and believe certain things. You can also control your emotions the same way

@@TheVillageFairy I see where u coming from but from my experience every time I tried controlling myself and forcing myself to be positive i felt so much friction and it always ended up terribly so I agree w the person saying to simply observe and accept and disidentify bc when u reject certain thoughts and emotions and accept others you’re essentially living in a discriminate state setting up a world of duality.
