For those that didn't get it. Can you communicate with the dead? It's possible. But you shouldn't try. The only things about a now decreased person that were relevant to you were based on the mind or body or emotion. All this is no more, because when a life leaves, they leave that, all the things we consider a "person", behind. What they are now is beyond your body, mind and emotion, so there is no point. In other discussions on the topic, he has said that it is potentially dangerous/ harmful to even look in that direction for one who is not sufficiently established within themselves. That means most people, and especially children. To me it is like asking, "can I still play with a video game after the console is smashed?" Sure, you could hook up power to it and poke around and get very emotionally involved or make a game or entertainment out of whatever happens, but it's dangerous if you're not an electrician. The game is over, electricity is all that's left, and you shouldn't engage with that directly unless you really know what you're doing.

Again, this is easy for you to say, wile you still have a body to say it with. To dismiss or forbid spirit, that which we are, that one day we too will be.... how does dismissing or forbidding welcomed communication, benefit anyone? What benefit does it hold to forbid communication with the spirits of our ancestors? loved ones? What then you say, when its your spirit that loved ones still in the body, slam the door upon? Just looking for a reasonable explanation as to why reverence for, direct communication with the spirits of our ancestors is so frowned upon. fear? Is it fear? What is everyone so afraid of? I would imagine more that the relationship has changed. In life someone is your father brother son etc, but once you leave the body and mind you are more, then these relationships become kind of irrelevant. So i imagine is possible to remember who you were, but that role is over.
