I sought God. I found, and returned, to God Nov. 1/2023. I have never purposely sought a woman, and never will. I believe, and know, it is God's plan for some to be single and for some to marry. And, that is ok. 42 years on this planet and I am blessed to be exactly where I am now...and would not change one thing about WHAT led me to right here, right now. God bless...great podcast :)

Amen! Loved this! I absolutely clung to Psalm 121:3… God won’t let our foot slip if we’re walking with Him (obeying God’s word, trying to honor Him, and listening to wise counsel). My mom always said run for God (do what you’re supposed to be doing with how God has made you and the opportunities He has given) and then look around and see who is running around you.

Sadie, I had to share that the same thing happened to my husband when he grew a beard when our children were younger. I made him shave it off, and his mood got so much better. 😂 Although there is no research backing it, I had to share we had the same experience in our marriage with the beard and I made the same connection to the beard that you did.
