Nice seeing you Mucka, your right about being yourself its the only way! Some youtubers try so hard to act to get big subscribers but its so false! And as for being sad its just down to the time of year. All best see you soon.🤞🤞👍

I totally get you dear friend, I have suffered from depression from early childhood and have lived through some really horrible experiences in this life. I'm now 55 years of age and on medication to help address the imbalance that I have in my brain. I cannot produce the right amounts of seratonin because that part of my brain does'nt function properly. However my medication helps keep me stablised. Keep smiling buddie. Kind regards. Paul.

That was so funny what you said about 8 beers, tucking into a bargain bucket and washing yourself with the lemon wipes because you can't be bothered washing. I love watching your videos.

Sometime there is just no explanation why you feel down. In the same set of circumstances you can feel fine. Writing thoughts down can help put things in perspective.

Just found your channel, I'm moving into my van in July because I can't afford to stay in my house, I've been watching lots of Bob Wells , of course, he's American, so some of his things don't apply to UK vanlife. It's good to see the reality, it's not all beachside and perfect. I know I've got to keep working when I leave so it's reassuring to see it can be done. I have to make this work. Thanks for your honesty.

Nice to see you're enjoying your new job. I think winter time gets everybody at some point. I am heading south this Thursday to get to Shaftesbury for Friday at the turnpike showground for the weekend. It's a long drive down for me from up in the North. Have fun👍😊

It's kind of normal to feel like that this time of year. The lack of sunlight can affect you. They call is Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D). You even mentioned sleep trouble at the start of your video which is one of the symptoms. Just keep yourself busy and wait it out till summer. Stay safe!

Saves on body spray! 🤣. The good thing about having a KZbin channel there is always people that will lend an ear and maybe been in that situation and can help out a bit even if it's just a chat with a stranger it helps sometimes glad you are feeling better and thank you for the content it is really enjoyable and shows me what sort of things I will be facing once I'm back in work and get a van 🤣.. waiting on hip surgery so not out of work by choice but it has shown me I can't afford to have a house and not work so I have to get a van to clear my debts now if I don't move into a van I will never get out of this debt 🤣 but.. gotta laugh about it! And be hopeful positive thinking and eventually you will get to where you want to be it just takes a bit of time and grafting

It’s really healthy to be able to talk about your mental health and actually I think that’s what people who experience it would find beneficial - someone else talking about how they may be feeling too and being able to understand and relate (was a mental health social worker for years and years)

Februarys used to get me every year until I discovered tropical winter breaks and snowboarding seasons. The last two years my seasonal depression has returned. Old Chinese proverb say: "if you want to know joy you must know sorrow, if you want to have a rainbow you must have rain". Treat being depressed as "deep rest". Drop everything excess and enjoy the eight-pack of Stella and KFC bucket as you wipe down with lemon scent. I laughed so hard when you said that.

Not to be to personal but are you still on or were you on a high dosage of medication for your operation? (i.e painkillers) it could be that why you’re feeling down mate, you might think I’m talking out my arse but when I was on them they played havoc with my emotions for months! especially when I stopped taking them, just a thought 👍

There is a huge advantage especially now, to living in your van. No rising heating and power costs, council tax and not having a place somewhere busy to be near a job. More money in you pocket and you're still quids in, even having to pay more for fuel. One more advantage that you know well, STEALTH. Noisy farkers?.... turn the key and move on. Don't you just luvit 👍
