Of course they put roofracks on rally cars, for the long distance rallies like Paris-Dakar they need them for tyres, fuel, water and so on. Love that 510, I have that blue one and a green one, but I've added to the livery somewhat. The VW Golf Country is a real factory lifted 4x4 golf variant, I have a white and yellow version with a livery that references an 80s Matchbox lifted Golf with far bigger wheels known as Ruff Rabbit. I'm also fond of the HW Big Air Bel Air. The recent HW Volvo XC40 with big lift kit, fat tyres and snowboards on the roof is surprisingly cool too. I know the whole genre of homebrew lifted, off-road-ized street cars as 'battlecars', there's a whole subreddit for them, I love them and have done several customs (HW Subaru Impreza hatchback, HW Volvo 850, Tomica Mercedes 500 S, HW Toyota Van so far). Why are all of them still in their packaging? How are you going to customise them like that. Free your toys!

HAha - Ireally should take them out of the packaging. I have some plans to make racks for my walls for loose cars instead of packaged ones. Thanks for the great comment!

The Golf Country is a real vehicle. Look up Golf Mk2 Country.
