Is there a difference between the Blue FRAS insert and the black FRAS insert? My first purchase came with a black one and the second came with a blue one. Just wondering if the are the same.

The original ones were black they went to blue for color coded. Black standard 3A red 3A+ blue FRAS. So your first FRAS is the same as the second one.
