I think it's worthwhile noting that the inhibition of CYP2D6 will make codeine less potent since CYP2D6 is what converts Codeine into the more much powerful opioid Morphine. Codeine is a very weak u opioid receptor agonist, and basically just acts as a prodrug to morphine. Without this conversion Codeine wouldn't be a useful painkiller. @VigorousSteve

I've tried it for a few months now and I can clearly say there is downregulation of the receptor. The increased body temperature slowly diminisches. I suggest cycling it on and off. The effect of decreased urinary frequency stays. But as far as i could find on reddit from other people the effect of decreased urinary frequency stayed even when discontinuing mirabegron all together. My guess is that because the effects on the blader are semi permanent which might be due to atrophy of the muscle or something, they haven't noted the downregulation.

Honestly Idk why people take clen. DNP @ 100mg EOD works way better than any dose of clen. ANY DOSE.... God bless the poor hearts of clen users. I can sleep on it, the heat is manageable, but clen the cramps are fucking worst just cut my legs off.

Max I ever did was 700 DNP a day for 2 weeks and it was fucking hard. Very lethargic. Lost a pound or so a day. So I would not recommend that as the half life of it builds up and then you are very close to the dangerous dose. With 100mg EOD I still got the same results... And it's safer and you don't get close to the dangerous blood level amount found in study calculations

But in compares in the fact it is a b3 agonist, mirabegron will activate a certain type of stores fat (brown fat) which usually isnt used will not be used and boost your expenditure. Brown fat normally is activated to keep you warm, like when you shiver
