57 year old former BB trying to maintain muscle. After many years of high and low doses of test,GH anadrol tren ect... I have found it very difficult to maintain muscle increasing dosages to almost 2g and Gh to 8 iu with very little results. My question is do you think my receptors are so downgraded that the dosage doesn't matter I can not continue to make progress?

I love the internet heads who say "you don't NEED anything more than trt to cut". Nah man, you don't NEED steroids at all. I WANT to add them bc I enjoy them.

1:35:16 had this problem for years and found the cause was tight hamstrings, which in turn would pull the lower back muscles. Started stretching hamstrings and hip flexors religiously and haven’t had any issues in a decade

I started test E (250/week) 6 Weeeks ago 125mg e3-4 days. Since I started I got sick 3 times. My estrogen went from 27 to 112 within the First 4 weeks. Don’t Know if I should quit. And should I do a PCT?

I completely disagree with the statement that any trt dose under 250 mg will not be anabolic. I lifted naturally for 8 years before on trt. I’ve went from 163 lbs to 195 lbs with roughly the same body fat percentage on around a 160 mg per week dose and I haven’t changed anything. I do eat more because I’m more hungry and my body weight has gone up and I lift heavier but it’s very obvious to me that these two effects are a result of the trt not my mindset.My mindset was grind prior to trt. Anyone who’s not a juice head will tell you that they’ve seen great success in modest doses of trt.
@Iui2345
@Iui2345 13 сағат бұрын
I want to add that he is saying that people stop trt at doses of 100 mg because they don’t feel anything so start someone at 250 mg. If I took 250 mg I would’ve stopped trt right away because it was wayyy to much androgens for my system. This will make people have far too much cortisol production and likely they’ll feel like shit and stop

Fantastic group of guys or I should say educators and most definitely fantastic discussion/collaboration. Im a fan of John (no homo) for a very long time and I really appreciate his work and impact to this industry. Well done Steve for putting this together for us all - its not only a time passer during cardio but it provides a ton of good information for beginners and advanced trainees.

What's confusing to me is that the talk of mg/ml is regardless of ester, but that could net out to different dosages after a long period of time depending on test e or test P or sus250 etc. because at 500mg/W of test e would only net to around 375mg of testosterone in total

I love steroids ❤ I still look like shit but at least it makes training a lot fun and I’m naturally not a strong person. With a little cycle of, 210 test/350 primo/210 Deca I’m at least experiencing mental pumps and some added strength. I really do love the way it makes me feel. I’m a very bad responder to gear. I get crazy insomnia from the cycle I just stated but that’s the price I have to pay for having such shit genetics. I was running about 140 tren and I couldn’t handle the insomnia. I have insomnia even without being on cycle. I take 3 different prescription sleep meds without being on anything at all so I’m paying a price for sure right now but my delts are at least getting capped so YOLO🎉🎉 I get absolutely no blood pressure issues and I take aspirin once a day which I’m sure is helping at least a little!

@1:21:25 what you all want to know. The important point is these IFBB guys coming out trying to chase "transparency" clout... is that they are telling you their precontest dosages. These will be low. The dosages they aren't telling you are the grams of gear that got them where they are and what's used in the offseason. What he is saying here is spot on. He was also with Camp Jansen, but doesn't want to elaborate on those dosages because they are even higher. @1:22:24 Bro, just say it. Nobody is going to look down on you, and 99.9% of people won't dare do it, so harm reduction diversion isn't needed. Everyone want to pretend like Dallas McCarver was the only one banging those dosages. He wasn't and isn't. The reason nobody tells the truth is because if they do, and win, all the losers and fans of the ones who lost will say "he only won because he took more gear than us". @1:25:41 THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW
