Safety advice for when babies fall asleep in a car seat

How ridiculous to say it’s not safe for a baby to sleep in a car seat unless it’s in a vehicle. Suffocation suffocation. What they’re really saying is they want you to limit the amount of time a baby can sleep in a car seat so they only want you to allow it when it’s a requirement. But if you go for a 20 minute ride where your child is sleeping in a car seat, your baby could die.
