If the temps are single digits you should be idling your truck. But I understand Prime won’t allow the trucks to idle at all. If the driver is paying for the fuel and maintenance it shouldn’t matter.

The driver doesn't own the truck. Until you stop making payments on it. Meaning Prime INC is the rightful owner of the truck and they don't want hours on the engine.

Weirdly enough, when I’m shutdown for prolonged periods of time, both lights on the camera are off. But once I open my curtains to start my day (prior to turning my key or pressing any buttons on my tablet) the lights turn back on. Does this essentially mean the camera is always recording? Even when those lights are off? (Red & Green)

Only the outward facing camera is recording when your truck is parked.

Man, this company talks down to the adult drivers like they are children! Stay safe!! Man, we are all adults man, knock off the talking down to people like you are better than us sir! Anyone that becomes complacent in driving shouldn’t be behind the wheel, we know these things as adults.

W t ? Single digit temps n below freezing idle the dang truck I say even let the drivers decide when to idle their trucks not set no idle tdmp under 32 degrees c'mon apparently they forgot diesel will freeze below certain temperatures n will stall the truck out ? I say idle temp should be decided by drivers especially in the summer n the Apu or Prime Inc fails to have to working in winter
