Hey ! I am going to Colombia for internship and I am scared I am going for 3 months and I am worried about safety , I wanted to film it but I am wondering how you did it with being safe

Hi! Like I mentioned in the video I had no issues with the safety in Medellín whatsoever. You just have to be very aware of your surroundings and definitely follow the tips I shared in the video! 😊

To be honest, it was a little challenging to film. If I was alone I would only take videos in extremely safe areas (like Poblado). I also did a lot of group tours which I felt much more at ease when I was with others who were all using their phones and cameras. But I basically just did trial and error with taking my phone or camera out to film but it was definitely risky 😅

@@Paula-xc5wn Ask as many questions as you want! I reached out to so many travel creators for advice before my trip and not everyone got back to me but I was super grateful for the ones that did, so Im more than happy to help! Honestly I think I heard about these different travel groups from my mom, friends, and other travelers I’ve met along the way! I narrowed it down to the ones that were more active and sharing positive experiences! Also I used my iPhone 12 (regular) for most of my videos but the camera I have is the Canon SX740, I use more for photos. But I did film this specific video on my camera and not my phone. Hope that helps! 😊
