Thank you! When looking for the 2023 High Hazard IIPP model form, I only see 2021 as the latest. Is it ok to use it?

Cal OSHA is a joke. As a retired crane inspector in Washington, if I saw a Cal OSHA inspection sticker, I did the "heavy duty" inspection. I feel a crane inspection in Cali is drive up to it, see that it has a boom and a hook and all is fine. Here is your sticker and the bill. Looked at a 777 that had a 1 month old cal OSHA sticker. Customer (and 50 iron workers) were not happy when I crawled out from under it and held up a red tag. The kingpin mount was completely broken loose from the chassis and spinning freely. Thank god for hook rollers. The cal inspector obviously didnt crawl under it for a look. The other danger sign was all new tin on one side. This is just one example of times I have found damage to a cal inspected crane that was ignored by an "inspector".
