Golden Corral is loved mostly in poor areas because it's a set price per person and then you can literally eat however much you want, and then take anything else you want as leftovers. Soda cans are different in Hawaii because they didn't bother to import the latest canning equipment. They have larger tops
@yairakatz86887 ай бұрын
fascinating. I wonder what soda cans are like around the world!
@seldoon_nemar7 ай бұрын
@@yairakatz8688 remarkably similar. Hawaii is kinda unique because market size vs import costs made the change financially non-viable. The purpose of the smaller top is material savings, however less volume and higher costs makes it a moot point there. There's actually been several revisions to cans with the lids having shrank like 4 times at least. The original ones have the lid as about the same diameter as the barrel. Also, I bet you never noticed the manufacturers stamp in the bottom of a typical soda can. There's the micro dot printing about the beverage, but stamped into the aluminum dome on the bottom is a control number from the can production

Steganography, IIRC, is a pretty old thing. I read about very bad people sharing their very exploitative photos via pages like "imageshack" etc. - in some way encoded and hidden in pictures of e.g. flowers on a meadow. It doesn't boggle the mind to think that in like 15-20 years since I've seen that tech, it was expanded to a video form. Sure, the issue is that most (all?) video sharing sites reencode your video, possibly exactly (as well) to combat this kind of stuff. But you prob could easily have "auto-training" encoder/decoder to just have a site-specific settings. And the primary security of it is obscurity, hence it's not touted around.

@sarshrimp14767 ай бұрын

From Google: In most states, transmitting an STD can be categorized as either a felony or misdemeanor offense. This means that individuals who knowingly infect others with an STD may face criminal charges, with potential penalties ranging from fines to imprisonment. So I would imagine if they can prove the victim died directly because of your actions, they can upgrade the charge like they did with that guy who knocked somebody out and he died some years later

ok, so the bottle cap thing is a new EU regulation. It should prevent the caps from getting lost, because they found many of them everywhere at the beaches in the EU. By the way, Ireland is part of the EU, while the UK is not since Brexit. Only northern Ireland is part of the UK, which makes all the tolls and stuff quite complicated there...
