Everyone should be allowed to eat what they want. Not eating meat would increase the amount of animals on the planet increasing the amount of methane produced. However, there are pros and cons to each diet.

Molly Mae Eventing what are you on about lol, if people ate less meat then the demand would be less, so less animals would be forcefully artificially inseminated (raped) so there would be way less farm animals born. Thats how supply and demand works

You do feel better for not eating meat. I have been a vegetarian since I was 8, but you do have to make sure you eat the right foods for your iron intake as I was borderline anemic a few years ago and felt so tired and had a rapid heartbeat. I do take an iron supplement. I tried being a vegan years ago long before it became an in thing and the diet didn't suit me personally.

Replacing meats with manmade shite is dangerous. You miss A LOT of key nutrients when you dont eat meat, meaning they have to be made up SOMEWHERE in order for them to make your meat-less meal - meaning the amount of shit you consume increases due to the unreal amounts of artificial bollocks in vegan foods. You're better off eating meats like humans have done for thousands and thousands of years. It's completely natural and normal. If we didnt eat animals, they'd eat eachother. Yknow, cus foodchains actually exist for a reason, so let's not interrupt with that. We as a human race have evolved based around consuming meats, hence the different types of teeth in our mouth etc. Stop pretending you're "woke" because you eat animal food (plants).

Depends on the brand.... Aldi and Lidls rolls you put in the oven are vegan... Warburtons is vegan by and large. Kingsmill 50/50 is vegan... There's options x

I’ve been vegan for a few months now and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and for the environment! So great to see how non judgmental you are towards it as so many people have preconceived ideas and say “it’s nice ... considering it’s vegan” which is really frustrating! Molly Dyke I really don’t understand the whole comment it’s nice especially as it’s vegan. Like firstly they are just veggies not alien parts. Secondly every flavourful dish you get anywhere even if not vegan is made up or different herbs spices olive oil garlic etc along with veggies to make it something. So of course it’s nice! You can only salt/eat meat a limited amount ways where as with veggies there’s an abundance of them and so many ways to combine/use them to create different flavours!

google answer to is all bread vegan?: Traditionally bread is made from yeast, flour, water, and salt, so it would be suitable for vegans. Unfortunately some commercially sold breads (e.g. sold at supermarkets) contain dairy such as whey (a milk protein) or eggs as fillers or stabilizers and those breads would not be considered vegan (or plant-based). lol i know no one asked :)
