You can, but it depends which. Proton works. But torrent do not work.

I did subscribe for a month and have been using it in several EU countries. My own experience pretty much matches your description. Relatively high privacy at the cost of speed, SPN definitely does not replace my NordVPN. But they're still growing. Curious to see how much better they can get. Thanks for your review!
