It is always enjoyable to see a SAGA game on your channel. This was a very interesting scenario, with two good matched armies. It is a shame the elephants were opposite the Persian machine-gun. The most interesting unit was the 9-man Indian levy near the chariot. Over 4 turns the 9-man levy unit shot 4 dice (4:40), 6 dice (15:46), 5 dice (24:54) and 3 dice (35:41). Was there a secret D6 roll to see how many shots they got? Also, if your infantry march past the Comfort Blanket terrain without occupying it, please advertise this in advance to prepare the viewer for the shock.

@@Swindondruid2 yes. As i said to at the end.. I had a moment in turn 3. i intended to use my 3 mounted warriors to suicide charge his 9 levy bow on left. I just wanted to reduce them to less than 4, to 1/ deny him 3 points and 2/ make him use something else to generate those 3 victory points. I had sagaris loaded to do it. But i got distracted and didn’t do it.. hehe my fault. Fun scenario, a bit different, with no massacre/ survival points. Well worth playing. Thank for viewing SD. Are you going to Colours next week?

@@grahamswargamevault2635 I hope to be going to Colours, depending on family cicumstances. But the funny thing in this game was the Indian levy shooting different numbers of dice for the first four turns.

⁠I think (?) his levy was in 3 groups 9,9,6. I think we got the shooting number of dice wrong once and once when shooting at warlord was slightly obscured..
