SaGa Scarlet Grace: Ambitions - Leonard vs. Final Boss + Credits

My last character complete! I really liked Leonard's playthrough. I also apparently triggered the toughest non-True Firebringer version and got an achievement for it.
I could have played this fight more intelligently! Upon reflection I was kicking myself for consciously allowing Leonard to die and then moving his turn order so I didn't get a unite out of it. Still, I managed, I suppose.
All the generated thumbnails wanted to be of Tissisaq. To be fair, she didn't miss at least. I swear, this entire run she's been at maybe 50% accuracy with axes...

With Leonard, there are no other variations of his final boss. Just Sigs and the triplebringer. That's it.

Damn how'd you have such good block chance with everyone? I had gabriel full tank and he as the only person who seemed to ever get blocks off. I was also a little "under leveled" compared to you (got all Hard battles, no one had 900+hp). If you lose any LP against the humanoid version they can't fight against the final form. So the only people from my party I could use against the final form was Leo and Gabriel..the rest was people who had 300HP. All I could do was Rampart Leo and have Leo use his strongest attack each round. I used the formation that if a certain party member (Leo) kills something you get +2 BP so I made sure Leo killed the little swords. I was then able to Waning Moon each round for 900 damage. I like how 2 people could beat the game with totally different parties, builds and strats. This game had a great battle system.

Such a good game, but that final boss just pissed me off too much so I’m here watching the ending lol

Are the epilogue texts the same, regardless of the endings you get?

Most characters get different endings depending on whose route you chose.

It depends, it's very unique and doesn't play like a typical RPG, or even other games in the SaGa series. If you're okay with a very mechanically rich, colorful RPG with a ton of branching paths across 4 characters and little in the way of cutscenes or explorable areas, give it a shot.
