SAGA: Starting your Briton warband

I'm a bit suprprised they use the Roman dice. I mean- yea they are Romano-Britons, but from a product stand point wouldn't the Welsh Dice make more sense? I mean- they are only used for one warband from one Age so far I think. And people who have Welsh warband could potentialy use some of their levies for this band and they would already have the dice, making it easier for them to pick up this band.

At the time of release the Romans and Britons were the only ones using the purple Roman dice, and Strathclyde were still a separate faction using the Welsh dice. Also lots of people use their late Romans and Romano Brit models interchangeably, so people would compatible about buying 2 sets of dice too...

The successor Britons and even some Cymry saw themselves as fairly Roman, and were proud of how they cut their hair in a Roman way and believed in Christ.

What do you think about the victrix miniatures? Do you think it's able to convert some saxons into britons? Or normans?

The video is almost 5yrs old and Victrix did not have any dark ages kits then. I would avoid the Late Saxons or Normans if you are going for historical accuracy. Victrix has Late Roman armoured and unarmoured warriors and cavalry which have extra helmets and equipment to denote both Germanic and Sub-roman Britons.

@@HerkusMonteSaga yeah I know, it's hard to get this miniatures where I live, right now I Just have access to some Victrix most normans, welsh or picts, early romans Victrix, ALL infantry ://. Thank you for answering.
