holy...poop. I have watched, I don't know, ten-to-twenty thousand tutorials and this is the first time the dBfs seems clear and easy, exactly because it was placed in context of Pascals as a unit (which I didn't know), human perception of volume etc. etc. Nicely done.

Made a comment and deleted it, but by my understanding of this info you should not compress bass with fast attack speed or the compression will distort it?

That's correct! You can do it for a creative effect though - if you want a bass guitar or drum to have some additional distortion, a fast release is a good way to introduce some extra harmonic distortion.

Hello sir, I have a studio setup. I have a bass cencelation problem in my listening position which is middle of my studio. But in other position the bass is good in listening. But I cannot move my listening position due to room shape. Is a good Subwoofer solve this problem? I want to conferm before buy and invest money. Plz answer.

Absolutely! If possible though, see if you can receive a WAV file - ideally 48kHz, 24-bit or higher. But if not, we can make it work
