Hi, I've only been doing Deborah's fantastic exercises for 3 week, and something truly amazing has occurred. I'm 71, and have already noticed an improvement in the expected areas, but also I have seen a reduction in a thread vein I have on my left cheek. I enjoy these facial muscle exercises. This a wonderful feeling while you exercising. I have been losing the elasticity in my face for many years. I went through changes that we women go through in my 20s hysterectomy 1 month after my 29 birthday . That will change your life and set you a roller coaster for big skin changes and body changes.
