Yeah. Its kind of cool, after all these years, I finally ride a camel. It is a shame, but the roads are crazy in Morocco, so i presume accidents happen fairly frequently

I don't really understand why do you guys call it Sahara desert, actually Sahara means desert it's literally saying the same thing twice using different languages.

I'm imagine because there are lots of desserts around the world and this name got stuck with us, when Western settlers first heard it being called Sahara by the natives

I see, i always wondered why! But now that I think about it, it needs only one journalist in a massively viewed channel using that term to trigger it, and once it is relayed by others, you can't really control it anymore. I hope you're enjoying your stay in our beloved and beautiful land.
