Hello Sir, Myself Deepankar I’m right now practising at Allahabad High Court. The incident which you are mentioning in this video was witness by me i was there at the court when the lordships were pronouncing this judgment. The Hon’ble SC in this judgment has directed the Allahabad HC to reconsider this case.

सर मला प्रॅक्टिस करायची आहे. तुमच्या कड प्रॅक्टिस करण्यास तयार आहे सर मी. 2024-25 ला लॉ graduate झालो आहे. यूपीएससी करत होतो. बार कौन्सिल ला अजून रजिस्टर केलं नाही.सर माझं वय 32 आहे. तुमचं लॉ फर्म च स्वप्न असेल तर त्यात पण मी खूप मदत करू शकतो. My mind is business oriented and I wanted to do something very very big thats why not joined some posts. Please sir, if you can, please give me a chance to practice under you. OR suggest me something. My view is to do practice only related to the 'LAND' matters. Because I believe if you focus on one thing and master that thing, you can do wonders. सर कोर्ट ऑर्डर "In the meanwhile, though the recruitment process may continue, the post held by the petitioner shall not be filled in without leave of the court." यामध्ये फक्त याचिकाकर्ते ज्या पदावर हल्ली कार्यरत आहेत त्यांनी धारण केलेली पदे हि मा. न्यायालयाच्या परवानगी शिवाय भरण्यात येऊ नये.असे स्पष्ट नमूद आहे.ज्यात गुणवत्ताधारक उमेदवारांना नियुक्त्या न देण्याचा स्पष्ट उल्लेख आढळत नाही, याचिकाकर्ते हे उपजिल्हा रुग्णालयात कार्यरत आहेत आणि आम्हाला नियुक्त्या ह्या प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्रात दिल्या जाणार असल्याने आम्हाला नियुक्त्या देण्यात काहीही हरकत नसल्याचे विविध वकिलांकडून घेतलेल्या सल्ल्यावरून आम्हाला लक्षात आले आहे म्हणुन आम्हाला मा. न्यायालयाच्या अधिन राहुन नियुक्ती आदेश देण्यात यावे, हे बरोबर आहे का सर आम्हाला नियुक्ती आदेश देण्यात काही अडचण नाही आहे न सर

Sir I have filed a writ petition regarding job in HC aprox 5months before but abhi tak koi process nhi samajh pa rahe advocate ka kehna hai bench nhi mil raha abhi ....3months 2months 10days etc etc time dena hota hai 2nd party ko ....sir please provide the details steps of writ before and after kitna time lagta hai

As per the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 (XLVII.2) a review Petition must be filed within 30 days from the judgment or order of which review is sought and must be placed before the same Bench which had delivered the decision. सर Ti स्टे के दौरान विवादित भूमि को बेचा जा सकता है। दो लोग यानी A ओर B एक भूमि को लेकर न्यायालय में मुकदमा लड़ रहे हैं, लेकिन वह विवादित भूमि C की है।और C उसे विवादित भूमि को A की पत्नी को बैनामा कर देता है तो क्या उसे भूमि पर जिसने बैनामा कराया उसका अधिकार है , B उस विवादित भूमि पर कब्जा करना चाहता था क्योंकि उसके मकान के सामने पड़ता था, लेकिन A एक का कब्जा पिछले 20 साल से है उस विवादित भूमि पर ,लेकिन C कोई आपत्ति नहीं थी ,जब B ने मुकदमा किया तो C ने A की पत्नी के नाम पर बैनामा कर दिया सर आपसे निवेदन है कि सही सलाह दें, सर आपके जवाब का इंतजार करूंगा।।

Sir Main Ek teacher hun aur bacchon ko coaching padhaataa hun Meri coaching Mein 10th aur 12th ke bacche padhne Aate Hain Meri Hi coaching ki 10th ki ladki ne fees ke matter ki vajah se mere upar( 354 , 7 / 8 Pasco)...laga Diya Hai aur Mujhe jail Jana Pada aur ek mahine ke andar Meri BEL bhi ho gai ladki ne (FIR, 161 aur 164) ...ke Byan mein kaha hai ki (4:30 Mein coaching padhne gai aur jab 5:30 chhutti Hui tab Sir Ne Mera Hath pakad liya aur kaha ki tum mujhe bahut acchi Lagti Ho main tumse shaadi karna chahta hun ) ....aur Court mein Charge sheet dakhil ho gai hai (charge sheet Mein Mere coaching ke Gava Lage hue hain jismein unhone Kaha Hai Ladki Hamare Sath coaching padhne I aur Hamare Sath chhutti ke Samay gai Sir Ne ladki ke sath Koi chhedchhad ki ghatna Nahin Ki Sir Ji ko fansaya gaya hai )... to Sir Kya Meri Charge sheet quashing ho sakti hai ....ladki ki taraf se koi bhi gava nhi h jisne ghatna ko dekha h jo bhi gava h mare hi taraf se h...
