When you mentioned that switching off notifications of all the apps. Total feels!!! Its been 2 years, since i just kept it for Whatsapp & normal calls, that's it. And it definitely is a huge difference. To be very honest, i am much more relaxed and chilled than 2 years before. Also, no insta, fb or any other app for that matter. Only Twitter for an all in one News app :D
