Carnivore diet is excellent choice for preventing heart disease and lowering blood pressure. As a Pakistani, I used to eat lots of rice every day, drink tea 3 times, eat a lot of meat especially chicken mixed with Vegetables. I felt sleepy after eating rice mixed with curry. Then I left everything. I left milk, tea and sugar as well rice. Now, I only eat 2 times a day, beef + mutton + eggs + fish + chicken + cheez. I go to gym 2-3 times a week and I don't feel sleepy or tired. I feel energetic and more youthful.

Basically the problem with lentils or the legumes is that we don't soak them enough and almost all people near me just pour dal into pressure cooker and cook. I think most of the problem with dals must be get solved if we just soak them with baking soda for atleast 8-10 hours and more than 12 hours for sabut urad, rajma, kaala chana, chole. Basically, it's proven that fiber is more beneficial to us than fermented foods as most of the microbes get killed in the stomach which she doesn't emphasize on. Also, i agree to her on soy chunks and how it can hamper the digestion if consumed much frequently in the long run. This problem can get sorted by buying organic soy chunks whose cost is 411 for 1.8kg from a brand named organic delight from which I ordered recently and then soaking them for 12-14 hours with baking soda l, washing and squeezing them properly and then let it churn in a mixer so that the microbes have more surface area for easily fermenting them compared to whole chunks and let it sit in that jar for atleast 10-12 hours

Thanks for the information. I have myself suffered from chronic inflammation and acne. I was raised as a vegetarian in a Brahmin family. My acne became chronic with time. Despite being gluten-free and dairy free the inflammation was all over. Satvik diet was the worst diet for me . Later I realised how a carb dominant diet is the reason for inflammation. Eating only bajra rotis, beans, legumes which are carb rich raised my insulin level which caused inflammation and acne. The only thing that worked for me was switching to animal based eating. My acne cleared up completely. My inflammation reduced because of cutting down carbs. Even today if I consume the Scam diet called Satvik diet by acne comes back with inflammation. Chickens also suffer injury and stress through rough handling during catching, transport and slaughter

I absolutely didn't like the fact that she was so focused on reducing her numbers on the weighing machine. She has given enough information to understand what's the best way but no you don't have to always stick to your weight number. As long as you are healthy and you feel good about yourself, you are good to go

‘Where do you get your protein from’ was the question vegetarians faced only in western countries. Now even in India, people started breaking the food into carb, protein, fat. Eating junk, sedentary life is the problem not the protein. Animals get protein from the grass and we need meat to get the protein. What a joke!

You proved how bigger an idiot you are 😂😂😂 our digestive system is different from herbivores because we are omnivores. You don't consume grass raw as we cannot digest cellulose ... neither do you consume meat raw like carnivores. Dals aren't complete sources of protein. You need to consume dals with nuts to get the complete amino profile. 🤣🤣🤣🤣Now question comes what about Rajasthan .... Rajasthani people get the best sources of vegetarian protein which is not possible for most Indians. how many people get rajmas , Urud dal.... And to get protein from vegetarian sources one has to become extremely rich. So if you are not strictly religious eat lean meats like fish , chicken ...if not atleast consume eggs ... Rest is upto you .

A dog can eat things from the garbage can and pigs eat poop and don't get sick, that doesn't mean u can try the same and nothing will happen to you So you cannot compare what animals eat and what we as humans require.

Eating every two hours is one of the worst pieces of advice ever in the nutrition space. Your body is constantly flooded with sugar and insulin, neither of which is healthy in the long run. It might work for you for a while but it'll catch up to you eventually.

My respect for Ayurveda increased today. Note - Always eat what your ancestors ate. Because there is a reason why that diet has survived. And ayurveda over some random chick anytime. Not even a comparison guys come on. Why would you need something else when you have Ayurveda?

It's mostly pseudoscientific but there are many things that we can adopt and many things like that of cold or hot potency in Ayurveda is bullshit but try that food on you and then be aware to know if it has heating effect or cooling or dry effects on you

Actually burping , fart, bloating is not big issue and also it's not just happen because of food but also because of the air we swallow during eating,drinking water and intake of soda drink and also beans but great solution is when eating chew it slowly and don't open mouth too much, cut down unhealthy+gas making drinks and for healthy but gas making things like bean just set limits for it 😇and best is take advice from professional but yes that person should be conscious too

I am wondering if she knows that current generation poultry farming is a big GMO industry itself, just the irony.... Although there are some good points like proper portioning of the plate, but whenever I go to butcher to buy chicken, and see the condition of it, i be like it is already looking like a diseased person, what benefit/disease it will give me🤨
@Fit_n_Tall Жыл бұрын
Depending only on that broiler chicken for animal source nutrition will not be helpful at all, when there is huge demand for stuff in the market the production is based on various malpractices same goes for Milk industry and fruits and vegetables too. By shelling out extra bucks u can still find the organic chicken but it's a hassle, rather go for mutton fish and other stuff too.

It wasn't "just like that!"... 100g chicken tikka - 150 calories at Max. At best 180 calories. 26g protein. 200g chicken dish with less fat goes 50g protein and at most 350 calories. Plus add the fact it's both highly satiating macros - protein and fat, you automatically eat more quantity without taking more calories unless you eat carbs with it. Anyways, regardless of what you think, insulin, lauda, lehsun, doesn't matter. YOUR BODY CANNOT BREAK THE FIRST LAW OF THERMODYNAMICS!
@johnnypenso95742 жыл бұрын
Complete nonsense. Your body is not a furnace. The LoT do not apply. Humans are subject to hormones which regulate satiety, hunger, fat storage etc. 500 calories of ice cream will not have the same effect on those hormones as 450 calories of steak plus 50 calories of broccoli. Until you figure this out you're stuck in 1950s nutrition advice.

Not commenting on her knowledge and research about diet but look at her demeanor vs a vegetarian like Sadhguru (just an example). The calmness and wisdom is lacking but her confidence is top notch. I was a min vegetarian for 27 years of my life and ate meat 8 to 10 times a week. Been a vegetarian for some years now and I feel the difference. My energy levels are especially better To each is own - experiment on yourself and see what works for your body. What works on one doesn't necessarily work on another !

She is a keto nutritionist and we know the limitations for that diet. She kind of said that she is happy her son does not eat veggies. That’s when i lost her. But a larger question to people like her is what do you have to offer vegetarians without making fun of what they eat. Also longest living healthy people are predominantly plant based diet people.

being too aggressive with the time stamps won't deny the fact that indians have been living long lives, and mortality rates aren't as high as countries that eat a lot of meat. yes protein is needed but you cannot say that our diet sucks and its bad, being vegetarian is fine as long as you take care of your amino acid needs. also too much protein increases insulin, the exact opposite of what you want on a keto diet.
