I’m holding Aavas, but I got aware of it only because of you, I was also planning to buy aptus, but it suddenly shed 9% in one day last week, but it’s recovering now. I feel Aptus profits margins are very much higher than all among other companies. I’m am planning to buy aptus too

Have invested in Aavas about a year back at 1950 levels and further added at 1360 levels . Hope to see it move above 2000 levels in the next 9-12 months considering the hsg finance market growth against falling interest rates from q2-q3. Only need to know more about what kind of technology employed by different companies in terms of faster turnaround and how they evaluate their clients for loan sanctioning

My preferred pick is APTUS as I am watching their business style closely...they are more conservative like Mufugappa group...doing due diligence before giving loans to small businesses...Now they are expanding to Telangana and Karnataka...they are slow but steady

During credit boom all the home finance companies are talked about... During the last cycle it was DHFL that was the favourite of all.. Which went bust.. The history repeats itself.. Will wait and watch how many of these companies survive.

The slides, sector background, comparative analysis and the art of reading through the numbers are the very best.👏I have a question on Aptus, would it's valuations shrink once we have the upcoming supply of IPOs of Small & Micro finance banks like Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, ESAF etc..what would happen if they in future start operating in Affordable housing?
