I came to Canada in June as a visitor and applied LMIA in the month of November as well as I applied for extension in the same month till date both the visit visa extension and lmia is showing under processing 😔

Sir, Am from Nigeria, I signed my contract letter with a hotel in Vancouver BC, vie am LMIA letter dated last December did my biometrics March 2024, ihave applied for work permit but up till this moment 29 June , 2024, I have not got any update or response.

I'd like to know reasoning for this. Got LmIA approved for employment length 2yrs then applied for WP which took 4 months to get approved itself and the length of WP was approved for only 18 months instead 24. Why is the processing time included or taken from WP validity? And there is no reason of passport expiry. thanks

Hello Sir, i have a question related to my PR application: Question 10 of CRS calculator - Do you or your spouse or common law partner (if they will come with you to Canada) have at least one brother or sister living in Canada who is a citizen or permanent resident? My spouse has her sister living in Canada as a citizen. Can i get additional 15 points in my EE profile even if my spouse is not coming with me in Canada? Ie.. if i mark question -2) ii as 'NO', will i still be able to claim 15 points? - Pls help

Hi @sahil, I am a software developer here in India.I haven't moved to canada yet.My CRS score as of now is 441, My immigration consultant in Ontario has filed for a dual intent LMIA on April 16 2024. Its July now and he still says that the LMIA application is still in progress. Will it usually take this longer for a computer programmer profile LMIA? Are there any chances of the LMIA rejection?
