It's time to drill!
Did you know that movement and dance is not only good for your health, but it's good for your mood as well?
Let's level up your belly dance technique while breaking a sweat (and a smile!) with this drill from my soon-to-be-released course "Killer Driller".
In this video, I will take you through the details of a well-crafted hip lift and drop, the real differences between to two and how to do them cleanly at a variety of speeds.
Then we will drill our hips slowly, eventually ramping up the speed to the limits of our control to work our muscles and our stamina.

I love your tutorials! You have a great way of breaking down and explaining thing simply. Also, love those pants. What would you call that style of pants?

Good question! I got those from Melodía designs and she’s the only person I have seen make any quite like that, though they do resemble some Indian pants a bit as well.

I have been wanting to learn how to belly dance for years but I dont know how to get my stomach muscles to work I dont think I have any it's all fat any suggestions. It's terrible because I was an exotic dance for 10 years and when I stopped it all went to fat need help please

You don't have to be skinny to belly dance! If you practice the movements regularly you will get the muscles you need to dance beautifully... a little belly helps the movements to really be seen! Belly dance is for all body types!

@@SahiraBellydances well i honestly cant say im actually doing the move correctly if im not sure if my stomach muscles dont move at all is there a video you have that teaches how to contract stomach muscles the hip drop is what im really having trouble with i seem to be lifting my hip by knee movement not stomach muscles.any advice would be great.
