I always desired to be a stay at home mom, and admired any woman who had the opportunity to. Taking care of your home and family is just as much work and effort as going to a job. I haven’t been able to fulfill that hope to one day be a stay at home mom. Love your videos. Stay safe and stay healthy! ❤️ from New Jersey

I can't wait to sit out on my balcony when it gets a little warmer. I'm going to take the laptop out there to do my remote teaching. I'm just a little concerned because I love planting geraniums and petunias and what not in my flower boxes and I have a feeling that with everything going on I won't be buying flowers from the store this year :( In the grand scheme of things it's really not important but I will miss them. The brownies look delicious! I have been having a hard time with brownies lately for some reason - whether I use a store bought mix or bake them from scratch they come out dry. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I live in the UK and I that the ‘controversy’ surrounds that language that is often used. By that I mean words like ‘subservient’ and ‘serving’. Also saying that the husband comes before everything and he is the most important part of the household.

Well, I think women should have the right to do as they wish....and not be judged! We should be able to stay at home and raise a family or go out and raise a business. I believe in equality for everyone! 💕

Could you point me in the direction of politician speaking about the traditional wife thing please? I haven’t heard about that and I am curious to see who the politician is! Thanks.

I admire anyone who stays home to take care of the family while partner/spouse works outside of home. Politicians want your side of income concerning stay at home person. I think it’s a shame to put you down for what you do. Tough cookies that they don’t get another income. Plus you being a former teacher, you can guide your children with homework and projects when needed.

I would love to be a SAHM, but it’s not financially feasible for our family. That being said, I think it’s wonderful for families who have the option to have one parent (mom or dad) to stay home.

I am all for strong woman and equality but I’m not for feminist that believe bc its their body its their choice no matter wether its working out of the home, being a traditional sahm, or any other controversial issue, its not all about us someone is always affected. I know my opinion isnt pc but I’m over it, i have stayed home for over 4 yrs and you know what i work hard and am proud of it and am honored my husband supports being here for our son. I do now clean houses part time but am still able to be there for my family and i love it.

It has been the norm to look down on any woman who finds her fulfillment in staying home. Since the 70's we have been considered less than, and foolish. The irony for me was that the liberal agenda ( and I say that NOT as anti-liberal..but rather because it seems to me they have been the most outspoken about women ) always touted choices for woman.....but were the first to criticize and put down the SAHM. I agree with you 100% that if we leave our home and do for other's children instead of our own we are heroic. But if we choose to stay home..and...heaven forbid...LOVE taking care of our home and husband, we are less than. Its sad to see.....but in the end, no matter what they say, I will have given my ALL to my family...and I will have enjoyed doing it. I will remember my children first steps... their first words....I will have seen their plays and concerts without being harried or late. My home was calm and inviting. There is no way I will ever regret that. Its an inner peace and contentment that the naysayers will never understand. As the song says, "let them spin...let them scatter in the wind....I have seen how it ends...( wholesome, happy families ) the jokes on them".

Don’t get sucked in to the whirlpool of antagonistic beliefs you find via the internet. If you are happy and content fulfilling a traditional role then that’s what matters. We can always find someone who doesn’t like what we’re doing when it’s none of their business anyway. I try to avoid the internet aside from You Tube.

I think you should do what makes you feel good and forget about what other people think! What works for one family doesn't work for all families. People need to stop being so judgmental of people who live differently.

Thoughts on Womanhood- Every woman should be exactly whatever they want to be without justification. I know that sounds direct however, it is equally oppressive to stop a woman from having a career as it is for someone to stop them from being a stay at home mom.

I thought your feminism discussion was interesting. I have a traditional relationship.. I know some judge but it works for my family and we are happy!
