TLDW Summary: - This chart EXPLAINS EVERY SKILL IN ORDER : (Random Battle / Public Matches Oriented) : i.imgur.com/hpShprY.jpeg --- Edit: (i thought really hard about it and came to conclusion that i should, on heavy tanks, forgo camo at 6th skill for something else. 15% camo to 8% is not that big of a difference (about negating 30m of view range to counter)... this new chart is an update: i.imgur.com/L8OWCDh.jpeg - I REVISED AND REDID : the ordering of the skills after finishing the video (i wanted everything to be in the same order or at least relative; OCD-mostly) - Final crew related change for 2024, and it's massive - complete skill/perk rework for the game - We've beating it to death since the sandbox, even tier listed it twice... - 3 Core skills are S-Tier (BIA, Repair, Camo) - 3 out of 6 for most role skills are essential (at least A-Tier) - The other 3 are situational at best - Play around with it; see which ones you think is better

Yup, Concentration mostly good for tank that are stationary. So the perk will go in effect just as long you do not move forward or go in reverse. You can move your hull left or right which will not turn off the perk. =)

2014 to 2024, why is WOT worried about new players on a dying game? MAOHU was correct, eight thousand on at 5 pm on the NA server. fix the RNG instead of childish new skills. WOT the only game you can aim for 6 seconds and miss, thank you so much for all the content over the year's

WG claimed to play around with this: there is apparently only RNG and no RNG....how do you feel about that? Hopefully Project CW is actually released into the wild there will be NO RNG. Project CW is not supposed to be WoT 2.0...but let's be honest...if there is a WoT 2.0 there will be convergence. But we'll all probably be radioactive dust in the Ionosphere at that point.

CW is a clown looking game for 12yo people. RNG is a problem for WoT but for CW the biggest problem is the game itself. There is literally no reason to play it.

Increased shell speed, the boost when you do your hp in assistance damage, done through tracking, and the boost when your near another arty is a pretty nice buff to arty.

I've already been playing with "Perfect Charge" on artillery and it's a must have for arty.

Emergency skill is great for everything, It instantly buffs your track repair speed when your hit, I was sitting in a bush with my manticore, and took damage from a blind shot , and the boost to my crew skill ment I spotted the enemy light and a td camping behind them 😂

Emergency and Engineer perk on probably going be use on most tank

@valeman3 emergency is my 2nd skill on all my heavies, and brawling TDs and Meds after repairs, its my 3rd on lights though, as I think they need camo and bia first. . Emergency also gets boosted by food, and vents, so its better than 5%.

Im loving the boost to shell speed, it works out about 15% with food and other buffs, my k91 is hitting ebrs with auto aim 😂

'Engineer' perk is a red herring; it's only 1 km/hr faster - originally it also had +5% or so engine power boost on the supertest but it was nerfed

@@sahmlockhart that’s true but does clutch braking apply to the EBR? It doesn’t “traverse”. Plus the EBR’s power-to-weight ratio will be able to take advantage of that extra kph more than any other tank. It’s a small amount but would be more useful than nothing. Let me know if I’m misunderstanding Clutch Braking on the EBR though. I just want to min-max it

you may think wheels don't 'traverse' but there is still an angle to it; there is a reason why the concept no. 5 turns better than the EBR; i may be wrong but it's hard to prove the turning angle without a proper 'testing ground' map

​@sahmlockhart wheel turn angle is in the stats, it doesn't have a traverse, so clutch breaking doesn't effect it.
