I am from NYC, so maybe I'm not mugged, but there would be confrontation and crackheads. I used to always walk around wound up and ready to go in NYC. It wasn't till I left the US that I learned to really calm down. People in America are very angry, and society is having a lot of problems. I hope the new leadership can make a big difference. People shouldn't have to feel like they are ready to fight all the time that's not normal

Hey brother, if you want to improve your channel, my suggestion is thumbnails and titles. Also, you may want to hire a seo guy to see if there is a problem. I hired a guy who fixed a bunch of seo issues I was having, and it's been growing much faster now. Seo is a big part of this. It's not that your stuff is bad or anything it might just not be ranking with Google.

I lived off the N and R mostly, but yes, I used to take the 7. Multiculturalism has been a disaster for the West. Social cohesion is much better in these countries. Everyone has shared culture

Thanks, brother. I am getting old. I was lifting more back than I am still grappling and doing judo but lifting less weight so less bulky. Grappling and judo is a lot of cardio, and I eat pretty clean, not perfect, but not terrible. I had actually gained some weight in India and lost it again in Vietnam. Nice to hear from you Patrick
