if SNK doesn't rush KOF XIII, in the story, kyo and flameless iori fight human saiki,but saiki easly stomp both of them.

Perform at least 5 target actions per match in arcade mode. Saiki should then appear as a challenger, defeating him will unlock him. Or download a save with everything unlocked.

I love when they add characters that basically do "insult to injury " when they have moves that can hurt people while they're already down,makes you see how really evil the character is...plus its somewhat funny

I don't think his fireball is fast enough compared to other Shotos, it's better used to allow him to rush his opponent using it as protection. Also, he doesn't have a Tatsu
